  • A service that includes the flanking of Customers in solving specific problems, arising in the definition of foundations, and the supply of reference drawings for the correct interpretation of the wash equipments' foundation needs.

• Installation Services
  • The installation of machines is executed expert personnel  of our distribution and service network. If requested, works can be supervised and guided by direct Galaxy Tech Wash personnel.
  • Installation training sessions are periodically organized to update distribution and service personnel, or even Clients' personnel.

• Spare Parts Service
  • Equipped with a vast parts warehouse, our spare parts service can supply parts in 24 hours from the request. Moreover, our personnel is available to help Customers identify the correct replacement parts to order.

• Maintenance Services
  • Extraordinary maintenance is executed by expert personnel of our distribution and service network, either directly or indirectly through specialized subcontractors.
  • Maintenance training sessions are periodically organized to update distribution and service personnel, or even Clients' personnel.

• Updates and Remote Diagnostics
  • On the basis of specific requests or agreements, Galaxy Tech Wash's service personnel can connect directly with the machines, via modem or Internet (if machines are equipped with the adequate connection devices), to update operational functionalities or to diagnose possible issues.
