The extremely flexible system based on the electric control of all the brushes also allows the minimizing of the execution time of washing cycles.

Ideal for a service with automatic operation, but also perfect for owners who offer detailed cleaning services with manual preparation and finishing of vehicles only during the hours of staff presence, leaving complete automation only during night or holidays.

• Customizable front and rear cladding stickers
• Hot deep galvanized and powder coated structure
• Hardware and water connectors made of stainless steel
• Electrical panel controlled by Industrial PLC, with safety devices against short circuits on the controls
• Control button panel with 8 programs, with integrated Operator Panel

• Top brush and central drying unit moved by pairs of toothed belts, with a control system in case of risk of breaking of one of the two

• Side drying unit with 2 fans driven by 4 + 4 kW motors
• Wheel wash with automatic adjustment of the working height and equipped with a jet of water or of dedicated chemical product
• Filtering of the incoming air, with a system for separating the CLEAN AIR circuit from that of DIRTY AIR
• High pressure kit with 7,5 kW VERTICAL MULTI-STAGE PUMP and 25 bar pressure. Alternatively, 10 kW PISTON PUMP, 50 bar pressure
• Stainless steel water circuit fittings
• Water circuits conduits regulation through needle taps
